Growing Saffron Inside

aside my physical destruction due to fever and it took me four hours to make a table that is terribly sick, who are leaving two days that things in general seem (no, not that seem only) against remarmi , leaving everything to me is getting out of hand ... leaving all this, one should get used to the departure of people from their team, but obviously I can not do that yet, so I'm happy sigh, flooding of anxiety and all those microbes that around me.
And of course I got a craving to write about him like I can not do it again in my life, most likely do not manage it any good, but at the moment is the only thing that consoles me-in-hand.

In this course, batik training based on the principle "from simple - to complex. "
you learn three techniques of silk painting:
Cold batik 4 classes for 4 academic hours,
Hot batik 5 lessons for 4 academic hours,
Uzelkov batik painting on fabric free 4 sessions of 4 academic hours.
also conducted master classes and guppies weekend.
Methodology learning batik adapted for amateurs and beginners and even allows people without training, experience and specialized education in a short time to learn basic techniques of silk painting art, purchase the most important technical skills and practical experience in creating finished products.
Classes are held for 2-3 people or individually. Time and days of employment negotiated individually. For those who do not want to dwell on this, but go ahead and delve into the intricacies of art of painting on silk, there is an additional course.

On New Year gave me the book "Culinary wisdom from Julia Child."
There is an epigraph:
"Love your life, love my darling, love the world and its pleasures, love the process of eating, which always brings people together "
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter
oil 1 tablespoon olive oil
5 cups onions, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 / 4 teaspoon sugar (to bow got a beautiful brown color)
3 tablespoons flour
0,5 cup dry white wine or vermouth
6 cups beef broth
Salt and black pepper to taste
3 tablespoons brandy
12 fried slices of French baguettes
1-2 cups grated Swiss cheese or parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Put a large saucepan over medium fire and heat the butter and olive oil together. Add onions and cook for 15 minutes under the lid closed. Add salt and sugar, simmer 30 to 40 minutes until the onions will get a nice golden brown. Sprinkle with flour and fry for another 3 minutes.
Add wine, broth, seasonings to taste and bring to a boil. Cooking, closing the lid, for 30-40 minutes. Before submitting, add the brandy. Pour the soup to pot, place 2 slices of roasted baguette, add Swiss cheese or parmesan cheese and place in oven until cheese browns.
